Madoka Rindal was born and raised in Japan, lives in Paris, France.

She is mostly known for her animistic ceramics of daily objects such as cups, plates, bowls and vases with moody faces painted in blue.

In the artistic field, she explores the intimacy of an introspective journey. She mainly works with ceramics but she extends her practice to drawing, paintings and photography depending on the project.
